Dad's Home Very nice.
Very nice, I enjoy this submission very much. I only recently created an NG account, but i've been coming here for several years, and this is by far my favourite submission, and you, Sakupen, my favourite author. I also highly enjoyed Walk Smash Walk. In regards to the F-Zero music, it's actually by Shuku Wakai and Taro Hando, from a live Nintendo Music Tribute Album (the exact name and the other band members elude me, but Shuku Wakai featuring Taro Hando is who performed and created that particular track). It's nice to see another DJ Shadow fan, as well. I very much liked the sound in Dad's Home, and I thought Cab Calloway's 'Reefer Man' was a very quirky and amusing song to use. 'If he trades you dimes for nickels, and calls watermelons pickles, then you know you're talking to the reefer man.' It does seem like Dad is hyped up on reefer, speed, pcp, or any number of illicit substances, but I'd like to think he just snapped at work one day, hah. Like a previous reviewer, I also liked the sense of activity you conveyed, of things going on both on and off 'camera'. Keep up the good work.
